Devizes Bluez n Zuz

Wiltshire & Swindon Crimebeat is pleased to help support the work of the Bluez n Zuz discos in Devizes. This project, set up by PC Adam Hall, has been running once a month on a Friday evening very successfully for well over a year now, providing a safe and secure setting for a fun evening for young people in Devizes and the surrounding area. The discos are staffed by local police and a coach is laid on the pick up and drop off young people from local villages.
Devizes Bluez n Zuz first birthday 'foam' party took place on the 24th October and a record number of 299 young people attended. The event was a great success with great music and prizes galore.
Every disco since continues to attract a record number of young people.
